This event combines elements of May, a time of Maibock bier and biergartens, and the revelry of Bacchus, the Roman god of wine, song and joy. Proceeds of the event will go towards the renovation of the GACSRI's linden trees.

Help make the GACS greener! On Saturday, May 3, the GACS will be celebrating
MaiBacchusFest in the Ratskeller and Biergarten from 6 to 11 pm. German and Italian cuisine will be
featured along with DJ music for listening and dancing. This event combines elements of May, a
time of Maibock bier and biergartens, and the revelry of Bacchus, the Roman god of wine, song and joy.
Bacchus himself will appear with his consort. The wearing of Togas or German Tracht is encouraged (but not required) to match the evening’s theme and décor!
