Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the GACS. As a non-profit, fully volunteer-run organization, the dedication of our members is essential to our club's operations, especially in hosting large-scale events​.

We're currently recruiting individuals to assist with the operations of our Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29. All volunteers receive free entry to the event, in addition to a meal ticket and two drink tickets.

Volunteer shifts will be three hours long and you will be assigned to a specific station. 

​

We are seeking volunteers for the following roles and shifts:

Event Set Up and Decorating:

Friday, September 28: 5-8pm

Saturday, September 29: 9AM-Noon

Gates / Guest Check-In

Saturday, September 28: 11am-2pm, 2-5pm, 5-8pm

Sunday, September 29: 11am-2pm, 2pm-5pm

Cake Table (Ratskeller)

Saturday, September 28: 11am-2pm, 2-5pm, 5-8pm

Sunday, September 29: 11am-2pm, 2pm-5pm

Event Break Down and Clean Up:

Sunday, September 29: 5-7pm
